September 2020 Dividends

Hello everyone, thanks for stopping by.

These months seem to go by quicker and quicker. Unfortunately, I have been occupied by some things, so I have been delayed in writing this. I am overdue for a monthly dividend update, but better late than never, so I'll be looking at the dividends that were paid out in September 2020 (only a quarter left to go to finish out this "unique" year!)

The October report will be coming soon.

With these pleasantries out of the way, let's get to it.

September gave me an all time high for monthly income, though the payment for NOBL usually happens in the next month, but it came a bit early. So when payments come around for December, I would expect the tally to come in lower then. No complaints, I'll take the payments as they come.

Comparisons to Previous Quarter and Year

Let's now take a look at comparisons with the previous quarter and the previous year:

%Chg Qtr%Chg Year
Sep 202022.35%174.06%

As shown on the table above, in relation to the last quarter (June 2020), dividend income increased by 22.35%. It is a substantial increase over a quarter, but a good piece of that is likely due to the NOBL payout.

Also, as shown in the table above, dividend income increased in the past year by a whopping 174.06%, as the total more than doubled from the September 2019 total. Now that I have a more regular contribution schedule for investments, I expect this to continue.

Conclusion

So that is a wrap for September. Although coming late, how was your September? Let me know below in the comments!
