I am continuing to save for a house down payment, so I did not make any buys in November. I am collecting dividends that have been paid out, and planning to make buys with these funds in December. Also, there were no sells in November.

Now let's take a look at my dividend income history...

December$63.55$49.89$168.03$234.71

and then in graphical form...

Looking at the previous quarter and year, we get the following:

%Chg Qtr%Chg Year
November0.50%16.59%

The change in the last quarter is rather modest, which is no big shocker, as there have not been much in the way of new purchases. On the other hand, we can see a decent increase in the past year (+16.59%), which is encouraging.

We are still saving for the down payment for the upcoming house purchase, so I would expect short term dividend income increases to be modest. Once the purchase happens I expect to be able to contribute more toward this end, and have better rates of increasing income. In the meantime, securing that house down payment is the focus. I look forward to monitoring the progress in the meantime.

So, how was your November? Let me know below in the comments!
